Vivek Lall is Chief Executive in charge of US and International Strategic Development at General Atomics. Working with the State Department, the Department of Defense, and the US Congress, Lall has successfully navigated multi billion dollar opportunities that are in the best interest of US national security policies.
Lall earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Carleton University in Canada (1989) and a Masters of Aeronautical Engineering degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida (1991). He also completed his Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from Wichita State University in Kansas (1994) and his MBA from City University in Seattle (1998). Lall also completed management and executive courses at the American Management Association in Washington DC and the Boeing Leadership Center in St. Louis. He was the recipient of the 2008 OCA National Asian Pacific American Corporate Achievement Award. Cambridge (UK) has listed him as one of only 2000 Outstanding Scientists of the Twentieth Century. Lall is in the Sigma Gamma Tau Aerospace Honor Society as well as the Pi Mu Epsilon Mathematics Honor Society.
